| Villa Ordinance is on
the Ordinance Bay shores of English Harbour on the southeast coast of Antigua. From there it's about a 30-minute drive
to the airport or to St John's. The villa has its own
dock on English Harbour from which it's just a few minutes by water taxi to
the beautifully quiet and sandy Galleon Beach. The bars,
restaurants and small shops of English Harbour are within
walking distance. The view from Villa Ordinance is of Nelson's Dockyard,
English Harbour.
A recent major addition to the villa is an attractive pool with terrace and wooden deck area. Air conditioning has been installed inside and the master suite has been upgraded with a new shower. |

Villa Ordinance has four double bedrooms including the large master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two guest rooms have double beds and share a bathroom. There is a smaller fourth bedroom which features a double bed and adjoining bathroom. All of the bedrooms are equipped with TV and all rooms have ceiling fans. There is a large split-level sitting/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with an excellent range of equipment and facilities. The villa features a separate laundry room. Outside, underneath a bougainvillea-covered trellis is a dining table with bench seats and an open fire barbeque - perfect for outdoor living. |

The three main bedrooms and living room all open onto a plant-covered balcony that runs the length of the villa and benefit from the almost constant, cool breezes coming across the bay. This is great villa for families or friends who want to be right on the water in one of the best natural harbours in the Caribbean. |
