Pigeon House is a new, spacious, three bedroom two-storey wooden house on Pigeon Beach Road. Standing on a gently sloping hillside within the National Parkland of Historic English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard, the lovely sandy Beach at Pigeon Point (voted one of the ten best beaches in the Caribbean) is just 3 minutes walk away. Beautifully designed and built in traditional Caribbean style, it has painted Jalousie wooden shuttered doors and windows to catch the breeze, ceiling fans and large shady verandas with south westerly sunset views across Falmouth Harbour towards Rendezvous Bay. Comfortably appointed with Balinese teak furniture, the house has a well equipped open-plan kitchen and two separate lounge areas. Zandoli is set in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of all the facilities at Antigua Yacht Club and the Marina and the restaurants, bars and cafes of English Harbour and Nelsons Dockyard


 

 

The house is comfortably appointed with three double bedrooms each with en-suite shower-rooms. Bathroom 1 has a double bathtub as well. There are two lounge areas and the open plan kitchen upstairs leads out onto the dining area on the upper veranda; with its large round table and seating for up to ten people. All three bedrooms have Queen sized Balinese carved hardwood four- poster beds and all have fitted double wardrobes.

Newly landscaped gardens around the house are planted with a variety of tropical plants including cactus, palms, banana trees, frangipani and bougainvillea and tended by Gilberto the gardener who comes once a week.


Our housekeeper Fiona will greet clients at the house to demonstrate all the facilities and will do two days a week maid-service to clean, change beds and towels and do the house laundry. Fiona can work more days, shop and do personal laundry if needed and negotiated separately.

Ground floor: Entrance hallway with Bedrooms 2 and 3 accessed from the lounge area, which has telephone & internet points. All three rooms have folding doors which open out onto the veranda, with steps down to the garden. There is also a further separate WC.

Stairs up to the upper floor: Open plan lounge and kitchen area and Bedroom 1. All with folding doors opening onto the upper veranda & dining area.
